Requirements :

• 6+ years of experience in the tech industry and 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
• Proven experience in growing engineering organizations
• Experience in leading engineering teams developing new products from scratch
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment
• Fluency in English and Japanese
