FP&Aビジネスパートナーを募集します。このポジションは、売上からEBITAまでのP&L全体に責任を持ち、ビジネスリーダーや他部署と連携しながら、戦略的かつ実行力のあるファイナンス支援を提供していただきます。煩雑な業務やデータを、シンプルかつ明快に整理・可視化し、ビジネスの意思決定を加速させる役割が求められます。

  • EBITAまでのP&L管理およびドライバー分析
  • KPIモニタリングの仕組み構築

Overview :

We are looking for a highly motivated FP&A Business Partner to support our staffing services business. This role will serve as a trusted financial advisor to business leaders, managing the full P&L from revenue to EBITA. You will be responsible for delivering strategic insights, simplifying complexity, and driving performance by partnering closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Full ownership of P&L management (from revenue to EBITA), including variance and driver analysis
  • Annual budget planning, monthly monitoring, and rolling forecasts
  • Performance tracking, gap analysis, and actionable insight generation
  • Business partnering with leadership to achieve financial and operational targets
  • Building dashboards and visualizing key KPIs to support decision-making
  • Creating clear and concise presentations that simplify complex financial data
  • Streamlining and improving inefficient processes
  • Driving collaboration with various functions across the organization
  • Providing ad-hoc financial support and strategic analyses as needed

  • 3年以上のFP&Aまたは経営企画、事業部門での財務管理経験
  • ExcelおよびPowerPointスキル(中級以上)
  • BIツール(Power BI, Tableau等)の使用経験
  • ERP(SAPなど)使用経験
  • Qualifications>

    Required :

  • 3+ years of FP&A, business planning, or commercial finance experience
  • Proven track record as a business partner to non-financial stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and communication skills – able to explain the “why” behind the numbers
  • Proactive and self-driven personality with continuous improvement mindset
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Preferred :

  • Experience with BI tools (, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP
  • English reading / writing skills (if working with global teams)
  • Ideal Candidate Profile>

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proactively identifying areas for improvement
