Department Overview

The Unmanned Solutions Business Department is developing businesses that utilize drones and robots. Our drone services include building facade inspections, operation of the "Rakuten Drone Academy" for drone pilot training, and the "Rakuten Drone Gateway," which introduces drone pilots to job requests from companies and individuals. In the robot business, we use unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) to develop a delivery service that will become infrastructure for local stores and residents. The PMO Section support these projects and the organization.

Position Details

We are seeking a designer for the Drone and Robot team of the Unmanned Solutions Business Department to promote our services.

In our drone business, you will be responsible for planning and creating landing pages the building inspection and school business, as well as designing and producing engaging advertisement banners to attract customers.

In the robot business, you will contribute to the creative production of social media content aimed at driving sales and design the product UI / UX for our web application.

We expect you to accelerate the growth business by creating designs that maximize the appeal of each service. This will involve prioritizing the user experience and collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include :

• Web page design and production (Updating the Rakuten Drones website and creating campaign pages.)
• Promotional banner design (Creating banners for social media distribution, such as LINE and Facebook.)
• Web application UI / UX design and production (Improving the UI / UX of the Rakuten Muijn Delivery application.)
• Conduct user surveys, analyze issues, and propose design improvements, etc.
