The mission of the Quality Assurance Platform Division is to deliver products and services with the highest standards of quality and reliability to Rakuten Mobile's commercial network. Prioritizing customer satisfaction, the division contributes to the quality improvement and stable operation of Rakuten Mobile's commercial network through continuous improvement and innovation.
To align with Rakuten's mission, the division supports the RMI Quality Assurance business unit in achieving its goals through project and service delivery governance, KGI / KPI management, and Kaizen.
Job Duties
This position is for Service Delivery, responsible for delivering various ongoing business process improvements, audit and compliance activities, and supporting PMO requirements in the QA Governance & Compliance Department.
As a Service Delivery Strategic Planner, you will be required to :
Develop frameworks for testing and infrastructure as a service
Provide audit and compliance support
Implement business process improvements
Perform other PMO activities
Create business and technical manuals
Minimum Qualifications
Background in Science or Engineering
Experience in developing frameworks for testing and infrastructure as a service
Experience in providing audit and compliance support
Experience in implementing business process improvements
Preferred Qualifications
Holding any internationally approved business process or quality management certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
Good exposure to ITSM / ITIL
Around 10-12 years of experience in the IT / Telecommunications industry
Well-versed in different PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence)
Exposure to quality audits
Languages :
English (Overall - 3 - Advanced), Japanese (Overall - 2 - Intermediate)
