Roles and responsibilities

This position is responsible for business operations to support Lenovo Japan commercial business planning and execution, to maximize its revenue and profit.

• Business / Project ManagementSet KPIs in align with business strategy and track / report progress in regular cadence.Analyze what is working or Not working and its root cause, consolidate action plan to drive further performance improvementManage ad hoc projects to improve entire business performance
• Alliance ManagementManage Lenovo’s alliance partners fund and programWork with alliance partners to improve ROI of program to maximize Lenovo revenue and profit

Key Interaction with :

Experience (must have) -Experience in making business decisions by quantitative analysis-Experience in business operations with short-term(weekly, daily) Business Management System Experience (nice to have) -Experience in hardware industry for international company-Experience in professional firms management consulting Skills and Competency (must have) -Data driven / logical approach -Business level English skills (ref.
