Assistant Technology Manager

Job descriptionResponsible for ensuring the continuity of installed systems and providing both technical and business-related expertise. Offers support primarily focused on all Property Management Systems and their interfaces with other systems. This position oversees current operations and future projects related to IT operations. Responsible for primary support, maintenance, documentation, and upgrades of hotel systems. Working along with IT members, aim to provide 24-hour support for IT system emergencies, such as system downtime that affects hotel operations and guest services. Manage administrative computers and networks, ensuring that computer systems are patched and updated in a timely manner. Coordinate with suppliers regarding support issues, preventive and systems maintenance, product comparisons and quotations, as well as project work. Support the Director of Technology in assessing and suggesting products for overseeing and running all network systems. 3+ years of experiences in IT support or help desk. Strong knowledge in computer hardware and system, network system and hardware, and telephone system. Bachelor’s degree in computer, certified network engineer, or related field and familiar with computer network system. Proactive mindset and eager to support attitude. Self-confident, maturity in the way of thinking and expressing ideas, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
