Job Description

Test Technology Development Engineer for Next Generation In-Vehicle SOC Products

As a test technology developer for SLT (System Level Test) process, which is a test for mass production, he / she will be engaged in one or more of the following tasks and release the product to the mass production base.

1) Design (board specifications, circuit design) and evaluation of SLT test boards based on evaluation boards for customers.

2)Development of test programs for SLT test boards (C language, microcomputer control)

3) Development of SLT test system to control SLT handler (transfer machine) and SLT board

development language : LabVIEW)

Work Place : Musashi Offiice, Tokyo

Qualifications

• Experience in test and evaluation of semiconductor products
• Communication skills
• Knowledge of product specifications, test specifications and test methodologies for automotive SOC products
• Experience in writing test specifications
• Language Skills : Business level of Japanese & Conversational Level of English
