TASU GI and Inflammationは、武田薬品のR&Dにおける重点領域である消化器及び炎症性疾患において、開発プロジェクトのリードやマネジメントを担う重要な部門です。私たちは、開発計画の立案、臨床試験の実施、規制当局との協議などの活動を通じて、難治性疾患に苦しむ患者さんへ革新的な治療法を届けるという使命を果たしています。

GI and Inflammation TAUでは、「消化器疾患・肝疾患・炎症性疾患の患者さんに活気ある生活を取り戻す」というビジョンと、「人生を変える可能性のある革新的な治療法を患者さんにお届けする」というミッションを掲げ、世界中の研究者と協力しながら研究開発を推進しています。

GI and Inflammation)領域における臨床開発を中心とした以下の業務を担当して頂きます。日本の開発チームを率い、チームのリーダーとしてイニシアチブを発揮する一方で、グローバルチームとの密接な連携を通じて、プロジェクト全体の成功に貢献して頂きます。更に、このポジションでは、プロジェクトのクリニカルサイエンス全体に責任を持ち、患者さんに革新的な治療法を届けるために中心的な役割を担って頂きます。

Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary :

Allowances : Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.

Salary Increase : Annually, Bonus Payment : Twice a year

Working Hours : Headquarters (Osaka / Tokyo) 9 : 00-17 : 30, Production Sites (Osaka / Yamaguchi) 8 : 00-16 : 45, (Narita) 8 : 30-17 : 15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9 : 00-17 : 45

Holidays : Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)

Paid Leaves : Annual Paid Leave, Special Paid Leave, Sick Leave, Family Support Leave, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Family Nursing Leave.
