FIC / BICに特化し、中分子や改変抗体のみならず様々な新規分子を扱うため、DMPKや生体試料分析においても従来技術の延長では評価困難となっている。常に最新技術で独自評価系を構築するために多様な分子を扱った経験および外部にも広い人脈を持つエキスパートを外部から取り入れて連続的イノベーションを創造する環境を整備することが必須となっている。

DMPK機能リーダーとして、担当テーマのDMPK及び生体試料分析の課題を関連部署と協働して解決し推進する。

Background to recruitment :

To accelerate the DMPK and Bioanalysis studies of new types of molecule, not only middle-sized molecules, engineered antibodies, we need to develop innovative technologies and methods, and this requires experts who have related experience and a broad scientific network.

Description of work :

To be in charge of overcoming problems related to DMPK and biological sample analysis in a drug discovery project and of executing the solutions as a functional leader of DMPK

To establish new technologies for overcoming certain technological hurdles, as well as facilitating licensing-in of outside technologies through research collaborations with academia or with affiliate companies overseas 応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験

3年以上の実務経験があること。

PBPKやPK / PD解析に関する業務経験があれば尚可。

DMPKに関する業務経験があれば尚可

Desired experience :

Three years or more experience in non-clinical DMPK study for drug discovery

Working experience of drug discovery research on PBPK or PK / PD is preferred

Working experience of biologics DMPK, such as antibodies, proteins, cell therapies, is preferred

PK解析力（ノンコンパートメント解析、コンパートメント解析）

Desired skills / knowledge / abilities :

Capability to identify and solve DMPK-related issues by mechanisic point of view.

Ability to conduct PK analysis using nonconpartmental and conpartmental model

TOEICを含む）

TOEIC 730点以上）

Desired Qualification：

Those who have a Master's degree in medicine, pharmacy, science, or engineering and preferably have a Ph.D.

Proficient English skills required (TOEIC score : 730 or above)
