Job Summary

Execute sales strategy, initiate contact with existing and potential customers, identify needs and sell appropriate merchandise to meet those needs. Sales specialist liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Primary point of contact to customers for all communication and information exchange Number of customers to support dependent upon overall, aggregate revenues
  • Provides timely quotation response to customer RFQ’s
  • Perform contract review for all incoming material for processing PO accuracy Part accuracy Due date accuracy compared to PO
  • Provide Inventory status to customer’s upon their request
  • QC representative at customer specific meetings and conference calls
  • Expedite management per customer requirements
  • Track on-time delivery performance and escalate to CEO when performance is not met
  • Monitor and track monthly, quarterly and annual revenue to plan
  • Identify and communicate any changes to part volume changes to HQ and local warehouse
  • Resolve any outstanding issues with orders prior to order shipment back to customer
  • Work with customers on identifying new business opportunities Assess needs versus capability Identify volume expectations compared to current capacity to identify capacity gaps Identify anticipated revenue and gross margin for new opportunities
  • Assist accounts receivable with any invoice related issues
  • Manage pick-ups and drop-offs for key customers
  • Work directly with HQ engineering for special requests and manage projects
  • Make best effort to learn company tasks and products in the quickest and sufficient ways.
  • Good reporting skills to his superiors.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Educational / Certification Requirement : List both minimum and preferred educational requirements. Also provide minimum and preferred designations (e.g. CPA) or certifications (e.g. AWS)

  • Degree or equivalent experience in high school, University or related discipline
  • Experience Requirement : Describe both minimum and preferred years of experience, previous responsibilities, or industry background (e.g. Minimum 2 years of marketing experience. Preferably in manufacturing / semiconductor industry)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales department, business with manufacturing customers, especially in the semiconductor or analytical industry.
  • System & Solutions –Advantage for ability to understand and sell system level solution on top of products (components) .
  • Communication - Demonstrates clear and concise oral and written skills, can tailor communication to all audiences and able to communicate succinctly and can get messages across that have the desired effect. Make best effort to create good working relations with all company employees.
  • Multi Culture - Ability to communicate and work with multi culture people in different countries .
  • Languish - fluent in English in oral and written skills.
  • Customer Focus - Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customer and gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services.
  • Client Relationship Management - Leads and manages complex service agreements and strategic relationships with clients and leads new business development activities within current industry.
  • Negotiating - Can negotiate skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups.
  • Result Driven - Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully and bottom-line oriented.
  • Business Acumen - Knows how businesses work and knowledgeable in current and possible future policies, practices, trends, and information affecting the organization.
