Job Description

The company is part of the Line Yahoo group, a company with more than 200 employees located in Tsukiji, Tokyo.

The comapny own one of Japan's largest product comparison services, which has grown into a site with over 30 million monthly users domestically, launched its overseas operations in 2017 and is now expanding its services across eight countries and regions.

To further expand the steadily growing Taiwan business, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Manager of Taiwanese Mandarin Content Production. This role will be responsible for building a content production system, improving efficiency to enhance productivity, implementing strategies to improve content quality, and managing team members.

Achieving our ambitious goal of bringing significant change to the world in the field of "choice" cannot be accomplished without the success of our overseas operations. As we strive to become a globally recognized service, we are seeking members who can lead our Taiwan business.

Responsibilities :

• Quality check of Taiwanese Mandarin articles before publication (writing and editing are handled by external members)
• Recruiting and training external writers and editors
• Improving, redesigning, and optimizing work processes
• Analyzing media data
• Team management (with potential promotion to a managerial position based on skills and aptitude after joining)

Requirements

Application Requirements (Mandatory) - Native-level proficiency in Taiwanese Mandarin. - Native-level knowledge and understanding of Taiwanese culture and lifestyle. - Must be from Taiwan or have long-term residency experience in Taiwan. - Work experience in a venture company or a similar environment. - Experience in project management or business promotion. - Intermediate or higher proficiency in Excel (including spreadsheet calculations, formatting, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF functions, chart creation, and data analysis). Application Requirements (Preferred) - Experience working with B2C web services. - Business-level proficiency in English. - Experience studying or working in any of the countries / regions where the service is being deployed. Ideal Candidate Profile - Experience working with web media or B2C web services. - Experience writing articles for blogs or media. - Experience launching new services. - Experience in marketing. - Detail-oriented and skilled in meticulous tasks. - Knowledge of SEO.
