Job Summary

We seek an  ERP SCM Consultant  with  Rootstock ERP expertise  to implement and optimize supply chain solutions for Japanese clients in manufacturing, automotive, and industrial sectors. You will configure  Rootstock's cloud-native ERP  (built on Salesforce) to streamline  inventory, procurement, production planning, and MRP , ensuring seamless integration with client ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process & Implementation

Conduct  fit-gap analysis  for SCM processes (procurement, inventory, order management).

Configure  Rootstock ERP modules :

Inventory Management

Procurement & Order Management

Production Planning & MRP

Lead  end-to-end implementations  (design → go-live), including  UAT, training, and documentation  (Japanese / English).

Client Engagement & Support

Serve as the  primary SCM functional expert  for Japanese clients.

Deliver  workshops, training, and solution documentation  (Japanese fluency required).

Provide  post-go-live support  and troubleshoot SCM issues.

Integration & Collaboration

Integrate Rootstock with  Salesforce modules  and third-party systems.

Work with  developers, Salesforce consultants, and business stakeholders  to optimize performance.

Required Skills

Must-Have :

5+ years in ERP SCM consulting  (manufacturing / distribution sectors).

1+ years with Rootstock ERP  or similar  cloud-based ERP  (., Oracle, SAP).

Hands-on experience in  ≥2 SCM functions :

Procurement / Inventory / Production Planning / MRP / Sales Orders

Japanese fluency  (Native / N2) +  business English .

Salesforce platform familiarity  (admin experience a plus).

Nice-to-Have :

Rootstock ERP / Salesforce certifications.

Experience with  Japan localization  (tax, compliance).

Agile / hybrid implementation methodologies.
