Active Life Japan owns and manages a growing network of hotels located primarily in Madarao Kogen Ski Resort (Nagano Prefecture), one of Japan’s hidden gems known for its finest powder (aka ‘Madapow’).

Responsibilities : Manage and oversee the hotel's daily operations Customer relationship and satisfaction management Management of the hotel's department and areas (Front, Reservation, Housekeeping, F&B) Performance management and cost control for budgeting and maximising profits of the hotel group Manage hotel bookings with the Revenue Management team to achieve the Revenue Target Customer service, quality management and safety management Analysis, policy planning, and execution for improving issues for improving business performance and guest experience  Planning of hotel personnel system, rostering, training of team members, education, guidance, consultation, etc.  Work closely with our OTA and Agency partners to maximize reservations and revenue  Work closely with various support teams, such as the Marketing Departmen, to develop campaigns and maximise reservations Qualifications : 5+ years of Managed Ski resort experience.
