PoC・MVP開発の推進 : 新技術の有効性を検証するPoC（概念実証）や、実用的なMVP（実用最小限の製品）の開発において、最大10人規模の開発チームをリードし、プロジェクトを推進します。

Webアプリケーション開発、さらにはIoTデバイス連携など、幅広い技術領域に挑戦し、エンドツーエンドのシステム全体を構築します。

Description of work :

As a data scientist, you will work with various departments on the following :

Researching and strategizing cutting-edge tech in IT & digital, such as AI, cloud, and IoT.

Leading PoC and MVP development.

Working on diverse tech, from hardware (mobile, IoT) to software (AI, data analysis), and cloud.

Sharing technical information within the company.

AI等の高度解析技術の実務経験 (5年以上) : 機械学習および深層学習モデルのフルスクラッチ開発およびAPIなどのマイクロサービスとしての実装経験

3年以上)： 開発・実装だけでなく、現場の課題解決に向けた顧客とのコンサルテーション経験（課題のヒアリング、提案、要件定義、プロジェクトマネジメントなどの経験を含む）

Kaggleなどのコンペにおける活動経験・実績

AWS, Google Cloud) を用いたシステム実装経験

5人程度迄) のチーム開発のリード経験

Pythonを用いて実際にモデルを構築し、システムに実装できること

DevOpsの知識と実務能力 : アジャイル開発手法（スクラム、カンバンなど）やDevOpsのプラクティス（CI / CD、IaCなど）に関する知識を有し、チームでの実践経験があること

TOEIC730以上、または同等の英語力

N1保有あるいは同等の能力）

Desired experience : Required :

Experience in machine learning development and advanced data analysis (5>

years)

Consultation of digital technology with customers (3>

years)

Experience of the development in the filed of life science, bio technology and healthcare.

Preferable experiences :

Extensive experience analyzing both structured and unstructured data (including text, images, time-series, and audio data).

Publications, presentations, or awards in the field of data science.

Active participation in data science communities, study groups, or competitions (e.g., Kaggle).

Experience implementing systems using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).

Experience leading small-scale (up to ~5 members) development teams.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills :

Advanced data analysis and model development skills with Python

Agile Development and DevOps Expertise
