Our Summer Associates have the opportunity to be involved in an immersive orientation program and learn about our culture as well as the benefits and responsibilities of being a member of the Firm. You will participate in an intensive division-specific training program focused on developing a strong foundation and setting you up for success in the Associate role. In addition, Summer Associates have many opportunities to exchange ideas and network with peers, mentors and senior managers through team-building sessions and benefit from working alongside experienced professionals on meaningful projects during their internship. Our internship programs are designed to provide a realistic experience by supporting interns to assume the functions of Full-Time Associate. Eligibility Students graduating with an MBA degree between October 2026 and July 2027. Must be graduating from an MBA at a university / institution outside of Japan Business level proficiency in English and Japanese If you are studying towards a Bachelors, Masters or PhD degree, please apply for our Japan Summer Analyst Program instead.
