Are you an experienced HR generalist looking to step up your game? This role is perfect for someone who’s been stuck in a narrow HR role and is ready to spread their wings! You'll get to handle everything HR—recruitment, training, compensation, systems, and more at a cutting-edge technology center.

  • Handle day-to-day HR operations : payroll, benefits, labor management, systems (HRIS), etc.
  • Help shape HR policies like compensation, evaluation systems, and work rules.
  • Be the go-to HRBP for a team of about 200, ensuring smooth operations and supporting business goals.
  • Collaborate with global teams and drive local HR projects.
  • Bring fresh ideas and help create a better, more dynamic workplace.
