As a supply chain manager, he / she is accountable for customer service fulfilment and cost & cash management. He / She leads and drives end-to-end supply management strategically through both daily operational hands-on and tactical planning for future by collaboratively working with Global and local teams. As one team together with the other supply chain manager, demonstrate desired competencies, company’s core value and “supplier of choice”.
Key Accountabilities :
- Lead and execute end-to-end product supply day to day operations from sourcing through customer order fulfilment for on-time delivery.
- Drive supply stability by strong relationship with key stakeholders and improve the customer service KPI.
- Follow S&OP process and conduct strategic inventory planning with Global Supply Chain, Finance to achieve company’s objective.
- Logically understand sales forecasts, identify opportunities and risks of inventory, and act for better planning.
- Optimizing cash and cost by fully using their best-in-class expertise on operational efficiencies improvement.
- Conduct continuous improvement methodologies in SCM with systemic process. Regularly validate and update process documentations, Standard Operating Procedures, work instructions etc.
- Lead new product launch projects from supply chain standpoint, make reasonable assumption on risks & opportunities and collaboratively work with multi functions for successful launch.
- Demonstrate SOX compliance and be accountable for other audit matters in Inventory control.
- Understand ERP workflow, and ensure keeping right SCM data in right time in the system.
- Act as an subject matter expert in SCM area for Oracle Implementation journey.
- Handle smooth custom clearance including in-transit damage reduction and insurance claim for damage

Experience in supply and inventory management and SCM data / process analysis for 5~8 years.Experience in medical device industry for 5~8 years is preferable.Experience in project management of ERP implementation is preferable.Experience in complexity management of wide range roles is preferable.Education :
Bachelors degree in related field such as business, finance, logistics or information technology is preferred but not required
