Validate new processes and equipment in factories to ensure compliance with quality and food safety requirements. Periodically conduct risk assessments. We will improve the working environment so that we can carry out our work safely. Knowledge of manufacturing and quality management systems, food safety. Understanding of GMP and HACCP Problem solving skill PC operation skills Basic English skill Knowledge of food regulations and food additives Japanese language proficiency Minimum of 2-3years experience in quality assurance or production role. Summary :
A. KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
Quality process activities
- Establish the manufacturing process to comply with the procedures stipulated by KORE, relevant laws, and standards.
- Monitor and verify that the manufacturing process is performed in accordance with the procedures stipulated by KORE, relevant laws, and standards.
- Lead to verify the production line.
- Regularly monitor and follow up on GMP, insect and rat control.
- Lead HACCP activities.
- We support the introduction of new products and new raw materials. (MES, SAP settings)
