Employer : Lenovo Japan, LLC Work location : Akihabara UDX (Tokyo); (3 onsite and 2 remote days in a week could be applicable) Smoking : Not allowed in the office, but smoking room is available in 5th floor of Akihabara UDX Employment condition : Permanent Staff (Probation period : 6 months) Expected salary : Depending on the current salary and experience, we would make our decision Overtime allowance : Not applicable Working hours :   9 : 00-17 : 45 (Rest time : 1 hour (12 : 00-13 : 00))  Holidays : Saturday, Sunday, national holidays, year-end holiday, established anniversary day, special holiday, and compensatory holiday Social insurance and benefits : Comprised of Pension, Health, Unemployment and Worker's Accident Compensation, Defined-contribution pension, property accumulation savings, Lenovo employee group life insurance, etc. ■About Organization  -Report to : GM of N-Comm business-No. of Subordinates :  15-Number of Peers :  4  ■職務内容 -Support NEC Commercial GM-Lead business management system (regular meetings, reporting) -Lead key growth initiatives-Collaborate with all related functions / companies to drive business-Manage overall NEC commercial business performance (both short term and long term)-Report to and communicate with Executives -Analyze business growth area and pricing / marketing strategy ■Key Interaction with : -NEC commercial team (Finance controller / Sales operation / Product)-Japan executives (Japan leadership team)-Asia Pacific / World Wide executives and teams-NEC Corp. counter parts and sales team / sales partners-Internal all related functions (Product planning / Finance / Supply & Demand / Service / Manufacturing / Fulfillment / Logistics / IT / Central operations etc.) Requirements Must Have – essential -Business planning and execution 7yr+-Strategic, logical thinking -Strong ownership and growth mindset-Outstanding problem solving skills-Outstanding communication skill -Strong written and verbal communication skills in Business English TOEIC 800+)-Strong PowerPoint, Excel, word skills-Understand to both traditional Japanese company’s culture and global company’s culture Good to have - desirable -HW product planning-Business owner (PnL Management)-Work with global stake holders-Corporate strategy-Work experience at least 3 years-People management skill and experience-General PC industry knowledge Typical Candidate -Management consulting firm -Investment bank / PE / VC-Corporate strategy team / business planning team-Marketing strong company Additional Locations :
