The Role

Help Discover Business Opportunities & Build Industry Relationships

Are you a fresh graduate who enjoys meeting people, researching business trends, and connecting companies? Join us as a Market Expansion & Partnerships Analyst, where you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and helping companies grow.

This role is ideal for someone curious about how businesses succeed, enjoys networking, and wants a stable career in a growing company. If you perform well, you’ll have opportunities for regional travel across APAC and long-term career growth.

What You’ll Do :

  • Attend business events, industry conferences, and meetings to discover business opportunities
  • Identify potential companies for investment or partnerships
  • Build relationships with entrepreneurs, business owners, and industry professionals
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends
  • Support in preparing reports and presentations for decision-making
  • Travel across Japan for meetings and, if performing well, expand into APAC travel

Ideal Profile

Who We’re Looking For :

  • Fresh graduate or final-year university student (all majors welcome)
  • Fluent in Japanese, with conversational English (for internal use and occasional regional exposure)
  • Enjoys meeting people and attending events independently
  • Interested in business growth, market research, and industry trends
  • Open to frequent domestic travel (APAC travel possible for high performers)

    • Location : Hybrid (Kyoto / Osaka) with domestic travel

    Salary : Competitive, based on experience
