ITチームと連携し、プーマグループとしてのスタンダードをその背景含めて理解した上で、プーマジャパンにおける最適な適用方法を導き出し、その実現まで携わっていただきます。

• WindowsおよびにMacOSのサポート業務
• Microsoft O365の知識とサポート業務
• SW / HWのインストール、設定、アップデート
• IT関連のプロジェクトサポートと遂行
• IT資産管理およびに各種マニュアル・ドキュメント作成
• ITチームと連携し各種対応

You will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure and user support for Puma Japan's offices and stores, ensuring efficient and stable business operations. While working under the guidance of teammates and managers, you will also have opportunities to grow by independently managing projects in the future.

You will collaborate with the global IT team to understand Puma Group standards, including their background, and derive the optimal application methods for Puma Japan, contributing to their implementation.
