Warner Bros. Studio Tour is seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Manager, Online Marketing to join our Digital Marketing team. An Assistant Manager is a specialized role that focuses on managing customer relationships throughout the entire lifespan of a service. This includes planning and executing marketing strategies in website and Outbound / Email that engage customers from their initial awareness stage, through purchase and beyond, with the goal of fostering loyalty and long-term customer retention. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong understanding of online marketing and UX, proven experience in setting up marketing tests and analyzing results, and a track record of driving substantial results in areas such as engagement and product sales.
