Amazon Marketplace Paid Services (AMPS)

Are you interested in innovating to deliver a world-class service to Amazon’s Selling Partners in Japan?

The Amazon Marketplace Paid Services (AMPS) is seeking for a dynamic and motivated Merchant Consultant to further grow our Paid Service programs. The Merchant Consultant is responsible for working with multiple Selling Partners to help them grow their business on Amazon by exploring innovative ways to identify and execute opportunities for new selection, fulfillment, traffic and conversion drivers and operational improvement. We work closely with teams across US, EU and China to invent and innovate to grow the program, improve seller engagement and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is comfortable influencing senior-level external stakeholders, possesses strong sales skills, has a track record of using data and tools to drive business growth and is comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 4年以上
• PCスキル：Microsoft Excel でのデータ集計・分析、Microsoft Word での文書作成 ・英語：定常的に書面（email、レポート）、および口頭（会議、電話、TV会議）でのコミュニケーションを行うことができる
• Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ years’ experience in business role requiring to negotiate with the outside. e.g. sales / account management / business consultant
• Analytical skills with experience using Microsoft Excel (e.g. vlookup, pivot) and BI tools.
• Fluent level Japanese, both verbal and written skills
• Conversational level English, both verbal and written skills
