One of measures strengthening IP function

Description of Work :

Planning, developing and operating of IP strategy and IP activity based on information survey and analysis that contribute to R&D / business, and assisting IP head on those perspectives

Responding to IP policy matters

Planning and executing transformation of IP operation by utilizing various systems and external resources 応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験：

Desired Experience :

Work experience in IP practice and IP management at least 5 years

Work experience in Strategy, prosecution, Information analysis or operational transformation in IP field is preferable

Desired Skills / Knowledge / Abilities：

At least a bacheler's degree [including master's or doctor's degree] in science and technology field or legal field

Work experience in IP function in company, especially pharmaceutical company, is preferable

Desired Competencies :

Behavior to proactively endeavor to identify and establish a solution for IP issues by involving various internal and external stakeholders

Behavior to commit setting and achieving aggressive target by demonstrating ownership and accountability

TOEIC820点以上）

Desired Qualifications :

Capability to communicate in English [at least score 820 in TOEIC estimation]

Qualified patent attorney or attorney at law is preferable
