UX Strategist
Key Role :
Support the development of user-friendly digital products by collecting and analyzing user data. Collaborate with design, development, and product teams to help improve the usability and functionality of websites and applications. Assist with user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable insights. Help identify pain points in the user journey and support solutions that enhance user satisfaction. Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and basic design documentation. Use strong attention to detail and communication skills to clearly convey user needs to team members. Play a key role in ensuring digital experiences are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user expectations.
Basic Qualifications :
2+ years of experience in user experience analysis or design
Experience supporting user research or usability testing
Experience working with wireframes, mockups, or prototypes
Knowledge of basic UX principles and best practices
Knowledge of web usability and accessibility
Ability to assist in analyzing and organizing user data
Ability to work with teams to support user-centered design
Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications :
Experience with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Hotjar
Experience with Agile or Scrum environments
Knowledge of HTML or CSS
Graduate of a user experience or design-related training program
UX Design Certification
Clearance :

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
