Medical Excellence ＆ Innovation（MEI）が担う業務のうち、Medical ExcellenceはJMO組織全体の能力開発とプロセス改善をリードしています。MEIは、メディカルに必要なスキルをフレームワークに基づき提供し、スタッフが個々の目標とグループ全体の目標を効果的に達成できるよう支援します。メディカル内にトレーニングを提供し、メディカルの活動指標を追跡・モニタリングし、JMO内外に戦略的に情報発信することで、JMOが業界をリードするメディカルアフェアーズになることを実現します。スタッフが個々の目標とグループ全体の目標を効果的に達成できるよう支援します。

JMO全体のトレーニングプログラムの戦略立案、計画、実施、評価。

JMOの各役割と機能における能力開発の機会を特定する。

JMO内の各部門のステークホルダーと密接に連携し、能力のギャップを埋めるための適切なトレーニングプログラムを作成する。

MSL経験

KPIなど成果指標の開発・運用経験

MBA、PMPなどプロジェクトマネジメントスキルが望ましい。

JMOメンバーの成長を支援し、組織の成長を感じられる。

JMO全体に貢献できる。

Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary :

Allowances : Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.

Salary Increase : Annually, Bonus Payment : Twice a year

Working Hours : Headquarters (Osaka / Tokyo) 9 : 00-17 : 30, Production Sites (Osaka / Yamaguchi) 8 : 00-16 : 45, (Narita) 8 : 30-17 : 15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9 : 00-17 : 45

Holidays : Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)

Paid Leaves : Annual Paid Leave, Special Paid Leave, Sick Leave, Family Support Leave, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Family Nursing Leave.
