Mission :
In charge of : Quality of life at work within the Legal Entity / Site Workforce productivity and competitiveness increase in perimeter Supporting social climate within the Legal Entity / Site The strict application of the internal rules and applicable laws Supporting mergers & acquisitions projects if any
Responsibilities:
Prepare and organize meetings with the representative unions and works council
Advice on HR and ER topics
Assist the HRD in leading meetings with the social partners and negotiate in order to reach an agreement.
Set up the various annual deadlines with the representative unions : employee representative committee, Health & Hygiene Committee, safety, work conditions, staff representatives.
Follow up of proceedings records with the representative unions.
Support and contact for operational teams relating to rules.
Support on the pre-contentious
Supporting merger and acquisition projects bringing a legal and HR expertise
