Product Designer - Fintech - 12M / Full-Remote

Our client is a product-driven technology company helping individuals and small-to-medium businesses (SMBs) in Japan better understand and use their financial data. Our products focus on simplicity, clarity, and control, making finance easier and more accessible. They also enable secure data sharing with trusted third parties, supporting financial institutions, fintech companies, and enterprise clients in delivering meaningful financial insights to their users.

As a Product Designer, you will work as a design generalist across the product lifecycle—from problem discovery to detailed UI design. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to create high-quality, user-centered experiences. You will work closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and marketers to build products that solve real financial problems. We value collaboration, diverse perspectives, and design-driven decision making.

Requirements :

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer in an in-house product team
• Strong portfolio showing product-focused UI / UX work
• Experience designing SaaS products (web and mobile)
• Business-level Japanese (or JLPT N2) and business-level English
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
