Job description

Responsibilities

  • Process and operate the tasks for Payment / Deposit Ops.
  • Resolve typical inquiries / issues from external / internal clients; act as preliminary escalation point for process matters.
  • Prepare regulatory reports with Manager to check.
  • Manage projects to support new product on-boarding, in a supervisory role.
  • Participate and support various system tests for system / business driven projects.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Effectivemunication skill both in Japanese and English at business level
  • Team player with good interpersonal skill
  • Control mind to process daily operationsplying with corporate policies and regulations
  • Manage issues and escalation from team members; work with Managers to plan the correction and preventive measures.
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multi-tasks independently

    • Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Over 15 years of experience preferably in banking operations with depth understanding of Japan clearing systems
