Responsibilities
- Draft motions, trial briefs, and examination outlines for domestic and international litigation cases
- Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations
- Coordinate expert witnesses and manage external counsel relationships
- Contribute to all phases of litigation, including strategy planning and appeals
- Provide legal guidance on issues related tomercial, regulatory, and international law
Required Skills and Qualifications Experience :
3-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) as a qualified Japanese BengoshiDemonstrated understanding of legal risk inplex dispute resolutionTechnical Skills :
Drafting litigation documents and handling procedural requirementsFamiliarity with both Japanese civil litigation and international legal frameworksSoft Skills :
