Minimum Qualifications 】
6年以上の技術系プリセールス経験Video Conference、顧客体験(Customer Experience)いずれか、または全てに関する知識Preferred Qualifications 】

The Collaboration Solution Engineer team helps transform the way our customers work and do business through the power of Cisco's collaboration team combines strong technical expertise with a business mindset, working closely with internal and external stakeholders as trusted advisors to our customers.

Your Impact 】
You will work closely with Cisco’s customers to deeply understand their needs and deliver the most suitable collaboration solutions.In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities including sales strategy planning and execution, technical expertise on collaboration products, internal training, and participation in events.Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and execute sales plans tailored to customer needs.Act as a collaboration technology expert to solve customer challenges.Provide training for both internal and external teams, and represent Cisco at exhibitions and events as needed.Minimum Qualifications 】
6+ years of experience in technical presalesKnowledge in one or more of the following areas : Unified Communications, Video Conferencing, and Customer ExperienceStrong problem-solving skills to address customer challengesAbility to clearly present concepts and technologies to customers, partners, and internal teamsEnglish proficiency sufficient for email communication and participating in meetings with global team membersPreferred Qualifications 】
Familiarity with standard technologies related to voice, video, web conferencing, and contact centersStrong technical curiosity, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility
