Annual Salary : 4 million and above

Job Description :

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
  • Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in dedicated tools
  • Follow-up and update customer status and information
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
  • To provide technical and IT support services to users
  • Set up and install users workstations and devices
  • Qualification :

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline is preferred
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Japanese is mandatory
  • 3+ years of experience providing level 1 or above help desk support in IT operations
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Patience for dealing with difficult customer-service situations
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office and Office 365
  • Hands on experience with Powershell or Python is preferred
  • Financial industry experience is preferred
  • Japanese languages : Native-level Japanese and business-level English required..
