Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistancePerform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questionsDetermine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customersDirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnelRecord events and problems and their resolution in dedicated toolsFollow-up and update customer status and informationPass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal teamIdentify and suggest possible improvements on proceduresTo provide technical and IT support services to usersSet up and install users workstations and devicesQualification :
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline is preferredGood command of both written and spoken English and Japanese is mandatory3+ years of experience providing level 1 or above help desk support in IT operationsExcellent communication skills and customer service orientationProven analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentPatience for dealing with difficult customer-service situationsExcellent knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office and Office 365Hands on experience with Powershell or Python is preferredFinancial industry experience is preferredJapanese languages : Native-level Japanese and business-level English required..
