Annual salary : 6 Million and above

Responsibilities :

  • L1.5 support for 2 business applications & underlying hardware & network (CyberSource application)
  • Guidebook-based support
  • Unknown error escalate to L2 team
  • Time limit expires escalate to L2 team

    • Qualification :

  • Mainframe or Linux knowledge & operation experience
  • MS Windows and MS Office knowledge experience
  • Experience using operational management tools such as Splunk and ServiceNow.
  • A mindset of continuous improvement, with a proactive approach to enhancing and    optimizing business processes.
  • Bilingual - Japanese (native level), English (Basic level - V / R / W)

    • Preferred Qualification

  • IT Service Management System
  • Information Security Management System
  • Business Continuity Management System

    • Language Skills : Native level Japanese (JLPT N) and Business level English
