Job Summary

Rosewood Miyakojima is seeking a professional and welcoming Airport Attendant to join our team. This role is responsible for providing a seamless arrival experience for our guests by greeting them at the airport, assisting with luggage, and coordinating transportation to the resort. The ideal candidate will have a warm and engaging personality, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to anticipate guest needs to ensure a memorable first impression.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Meet and greet guests upon arrival at the airport, assist with baggage, and escort them to their transportation.

Maintain clear communication with the Front Office team regarding guest arrivals.

Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.

Build strong relationships with airport personnel, immigration, and customs officers.

Assist guests with any special requests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Required Skills – General skills :

Previous hospitality experience in a luxury setting preferred.

Strong customer service skills with attention to detail and professionalism.

Ability to communicate fluently in Japanese and English (additional languages are a plus).

Must be physically capable of assisting with luggage handling.

A clean driving record is required.

For foreign candidates : A minimum of an associate or bachelor’s degree is required to qualify for a Japanese work visa.
