Job description

We are seeking a Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Manager to lead strategy and execution for the Japan Pet Health and Farm Animal business. This role will drive improvements in sales operations by developing data-driven segmentation, KPIs, and reporting frameworks in close collaboration with commercial and global stakeholders.

Description

Lead the development and implementation of SFE strategy across Japan sales teams
Conduct segmentation analysis based on sales performance and potential
Set and track key performance indicators such as reach, frequency, and field activity
Optimize reporting tools using Veeva and Tableau platforms
Collaborate closely with commercial leadership and global SFE teams
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in sales operations

Profile

Background in commercial data analysis and project implementation

Experience with CRM tools and BI platforms such as Veeva or Tableau

Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Japanese

Analytical thinker with the ability to handle change and drive improvement

Based in Tokyo, with limited domestic travel
