  • Maximize Your Legacy System Skills : Experience with Life / 400, Ingenium, IBM mainframe systems, or COBOL programming is highly valued and directly applicable to the role.
  • Japanese Required, English a Plus : Native-level Japanese is essential, while English proficiency is welcomed—suitable for those looking to contribute in bilingual or global environments.

Annual Salary : 10 Million and above

Qualification :

  • Life insurance min 5+ years, ideal 10+ years, in Policy Admin system area
  • Japanese language native level, English language nice to have
  • Good assets with experience / knowledge on one of following package
  • LifeCom, Life400, or Life J

  • Ingenium
  • VantageOne
  • iWIN
  • YuYu Life,  or
  • IBM Mainframe Insurance Policy Admin systems
  • Understand life insurance operations, one or few of followings

    New Business (incl Underwriting)

  • Billing & Collection
  • Commission
  • Policyholder Services or Policy Admin (incl. Call Center operation)
  • Claim / Payout
  • General Accounting
  • Product Pricing, Valuation
  • Fund management
  • Understand life insurance products (following list no need to posted, but key word for search maybe)

    Individual traditional Life insurance

  • Individual universal Life insurance
  • Medical insurance
  • Variable Annuity
  • Cancer Products
  • Group Insurance
  • Others
  • COBOL SE with programing experiences / skills, prefer IBM COBOL.
  • Manual testing with test plan and test scenarios experiences.
