Job Description

This is a remote position.

Job title :              Front-end Engineer Location :              Fully Remote

Terms :              Permanent, Working Hours : Full-time from 10 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM.

Required Skills : ❖ 3+ years of experience in front-end development using React and TypeScript

Deep expertise in state management, rendering performance, and API design.

work at global conferences such as FOSS4G.

About the role : Responsibilities】

Lead the architectural design and reconstruction of a front-end OSS library

Redesign interfaces with attention to integration with existing systems

Visualize and break down technical debt, and drive incremental refactoring

Establish QA processes such as regression testing to enable early bug detection

Develop reusable modules with a focus on performance and scalability

Organize and redefine 3D / 2D rendering features

Maintain and improve technical documentation

Contribute to the OSS community, including managing PRs and issues

Tech Stack】

Languages : TypeScript, JavaScript, Go, Rust

Libraries / Frameworks : React, Cesium

Testing : Vitest, Playwright, WebGL, WebAssembly

Others : GitHub, Notion, Slack, Figma, various AI tools

Welcome Skills : ❖ Experience contributing to or maintaining open-source software (OSS)

Rendering experience using WebGL, WebGPU, or Three.js

Experience with Rust and WebAssembly for low-level, performance-oriented

development

Designing interfaces between multiple engines and maintaining related documentation

Experience with OSS activities and sharing technical knowledge with others

Involvement in projects focused on managing and resolving technical debt
