Job Description
Responsible for failure analysis (8D report) and looking for opportunities for improvement. As an expert in quality improvement of our products, we grasp the situation of defects that occur repeatedly (or irregularly) in customers and provide possible countermeasures. Peace treaty technical materials supplied by the factory and report to customers with technical explanations. At the same time, hold regular meetings with the customer in charge to report on the progress of defect analysis and improvement activities.
Engaged in delivery quality control / Manage FQR from the factory and respond to defect reports received from customers
In response to the contacted defect, while recovering the product, we will work together with the factory to take measures to prevent recurrence and report the details to the customer. Monitor the products that have been delivered or are in the process of being delivered and manage until the countermeasures are completed. Also, report this progress to customers on a regular basis.
Change forecast management / Make a request from a customer or a change application generated by a proposal from a factory to a customer (SWP). Request the data required for this application from the factory, and make the application translated into Japanese in the specified format. The approval status and timing of the applied projects are summarized in a list of individual application contents and progress, confirmed with the customer, and regularly reported to the factory.
Product specification creation management / For standard products, manage the Japanese translation of delivery specifications.
For products with specifications for specific customers, the required specifications received from the customer and the delivery specifications submitted by the Company are matched, and the product is submitted to the customer after obtaining the agreement of the factory. We will also implement revisions that occur after the publication of the first edition specifications and manage the materials.
