Job Purpose :

Business Development Representative is responsible for making research for new opportunities, manly new vendors,, assess the market / vendors, proposing, collaborating with the internal stakeholders to help them to execute GTM for new market / vendors by following frameworks. Propose and Lead cadence for GTM, monitor business project as advisor and do tasks in gray zone of each projects.

Responsibilities :

  • Make research for new markets / vendors.
  • Assess, Develop & implement GTM to support the internal stakeholders for each business projects.
  • Support New vendor engagement by research and the develop other relevant documents by collaborating with the stakeholders.
  • Support New vendor Onboarding and assess the criteria.
  • Propose, support and monitor New vendor GTM by following metrics and cadence.
  • Business Project admin tasks and other assigned tasks

Knowledge, Skills and Experience : ​

  • 5 Years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree with Technical / Business field
  • Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
  • Possesses analytical skill based on the data
  • Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
  • Able to converse and write effectively in English and a local language.
  • Able to create and do presentations for the assigned project
  • Able to negotiate skillfully, promote / sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.
  • Able to execute projects to collaborate with the internal / external stakeholders

    • Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others.
  • Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.
  • Able to quickly learn new systems and technology.
  • Able to use relevant computer system applications at a basic level.

    • Working Conditions :

    3 days per week depended on the assigned project.

  • The initial contract term : 3months and will renew it every 6months by the mutual agreement
  • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
  • On-call availability required as necessary.
