  • Demand Generation(処方依頼を伴う情報提供活動)を行うことで、顧客体験の向上に努める
  • Dr to Drチャネルを通じて教育的および
  • HCPまたは他の専門家との連携を促進する
  • Proactive資材 / Reactive資材を活用した高い科学的専門知識による情報提供活動を通じて患者アウトカム改善を支援する
  • TA製品の成果責任をもつ
  • CF社員との連携のハブとして、プロアクティブでシームレスな連携を行い、顧客体験の最適化を行う
  • 5年以上の経験または同等の経験があることが望ましい
  • TOEICスコア550以上

Position Purpose

  • HSP contributes to the co-creation of value for patients and society by providing professional educational or scientific content to HCPs with high level of expertise in assigned disease areas.Improve medical access based on each brand plan Provide educational programs and address medical issues through scientific information provision activitiesMeet customer’s needs and insights by leveraging HSP’s high level of expertise Engage in Demand Generation (information provision activities accompanied by prescription requests) to enhance the customer experience
  • Responsibility

    Strategic activities based on brand plans

  • Support improvement of patient outcomes by providing information based on deep scientific expertise
  • Accelerate medical access through educational and scientific information provision regarding disease awareness, diagnosis, treatment, and insurance reimbursement
  • Develop and implement plans to solve medical issues based on brand plans, tailored to each area
  • Promote role collaboration to solve area-specific issues
  • Provision of educational programs

  • Plan and execute Pfizer’s speaker programs, providing educational and scientific contents through Dr to Dr channels
  • Promote collaboration with opinion leaders, medical association, HCPs, or other experts to carry out the above activities
  • Communicate with academic societies for Pfizer’s external funding (such as sponsorships)
  • Enhancement of customer experience

  • Support improvement of patient outcomes through information provision activities utilizing proactive and reactive materials with high scientific expertise
  • Take responsibility for the outcomes in the assigned area by providing high-quality information
  • Information provision activities with prescription requests

  • Take responsibility for outcomes of TA products in assigned area (prefecture / area level)
  • Conduct activities in compliance with the MHLW guidelines on information provision activities for prescription drugs
  • Hub for Role Collaboration

  • Collaborate with other Role proactively and seamlessly to optimize the customer experience
  • Desired skill

    Experience and Background

  • More than 5 years of experience in sales or medical affairs
  • Required Competencies

  • Analytical ability to identify key issues
  • Deep knowledge of products, therapeutic / disease areas
  • Communication and networking skills
  • Leadership
  • Strong sense of ownership
  • Native or Native-level Japanese
  • Preferred Competencies

  • TOEIC
  • score of 550 or higher is desirable
