SOHO形式の営業スタイルも導入しております。これは会社に立ち寄らず、自宅をオフィスとした直行直帰スタイルのことで「少しでも早く病院に駆けつけ、そして少しでも長く医師のサポートをできるように」というコンセプトの元、始まりました。

1回のペースでミーティングを行いますし(エリアにより差異あり)、社内イントラネットから学術文献などのナレッジが共有可能のため、直行直帰に不安な方でも安心していただけます。

OJT等、一人立ち出来るスケジュールを設定しています。
