Job Duties
As the Product Manager for Rakuten Mobile's carrier email service "RakuMail," the primary goal is to lead the stable operation, quality improvement, and enhancement of user experience for the service. Additionally, the role involves planning and executing monetization strategies through RakuMail and improving customer loyalty among Rakuten Mobile users. By achieving these objectives, the Product Manager will contribute to strengthening Rakuten Mobile's competitive edge, expanding its user base, and increasing revenue.

Work Experience :
Experience in operating carrier email services or similar large-scale email services.Experience in service operations and incident response (root cause analysis, report creation, and preventive measures).Experience in planning and executing monetization and revenue strategies.Experience in KPI setting and monitoring through data analysis.Years of Experience :
At least 3 years of experience in operating carrier email services or similar email services.At least 3 years of experience in product management or project management.Skills (DU) :
Product management skills (strategy formulation, requirements definition, project management).Data analysis skills (KPI setting, data-driven decision-making).High-level Japanese communication skills (business level or higher).High-level English communication skills (business level or higher).Industry of Origin :
Telecommunications, IT, email service-related industries, cloud service industries, etc.Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge or experience in operating cloud-based email systems (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).Knowledge or experience related to the Rakuten ecosystem (Rakuten Points, Rakuten Ichiba, etc.).ITIL or PMP certifications are a plus.Skills in planning and executing marketing or promotional activities.Experience in the other major telecommunications companies is a plus.Languages :
