As a global networking leader, learn why there’s no better time to join the Extreme team Job Summary : Extreme Networks Japan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced High-Touch Account Executive to lead and expand our business across the Western Japan region. The successful candidate will directly engage with end customers and work closely with regional partners to grow market share, especially in public sector and education-related verticals. Territory Coverage : Kansai, Chugoku, Shikoku, and Kyushu regions Target Markets : All market segments, with a strategic focus on Local Governments, boards of education, Universities, and hospitals where Extreme has strong market presence

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan for the Kansai and broader Western Japan area
• Engage directly with Local Governments, Universities, Hospitals, and other public institutions, leveraging successful use cases in central government, local governments, and educational institutions
• Promote Extreme’s key solutions such as Fabric over SD-WAN , Zero Trust networking , and the upcoming Extreme Platform One
• Strengthen collaboration with key regional partners and local distributors
• Work in close coordination with pre-sales SEs, partner sales teams and Marketing to drive pipeline and successful delivery
• Represent Extreme as a trusted advisor, supporting long-term customer relationships and technology adoption
