Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and scale a partner program tailored to SIers and consulting firms
- Identify, recruit, and enable new partners (, NTT Data, Hitachi, Deloitte, Accenture)
- Develop joint business plans covering sales enablement, marketing, and technical integration
- Serve as the main point of contact for all partner relations and ensure mutual growth
- Coordinate onboarding, enablement, co-selling, and support processes with internal teams
- Negotiate contracts, co-marketing agreements, and partner incentive structures
Required Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, or business developmentBackground in B2B tech, SaaS, system integration, or consulting industriesProven success in designing and executing scalable partner programsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multipleplex relationshipsNative-level Japanese and business-level English proficiencyLanguage Requirements
