USN Tokyo is looking for an Account Manager to strengthen its Accounts team. In this role, you will work on a variety of projects, from social and digital to events, print, and TV—whatever the brief calls for, we do it all! You'll be working with a diverse and international team for a wide range of global brands. As the main point of contact between the agency and the client, you will be responsible for ensuring the client's message is communicated in ways that are relevant, authentic, and engaging. You'll quickly grasp each client's goals and, with the guidance of your supervisor, leverage agency resources to build the most effective campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Research clients' products, services, and target markets to provide relevant insights to the creative team.
- Coordinate on briefs with clients and collaborate with agency colleagues to implement advertising solutions.
- Manage client feedback, ensuring it aligns with their needs and clearly communicate it to the team.
- Assist in managing project timelines, coordinating resources, and tracking progress.
- Prepare and proof client presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Oversee creative work sent to the client, ensuring it matches the brief.
- Source vendors and suppliers as needed for projects.
- Lead client communications and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Support the development of new project pitches, including briefing and timeline planning.
- Oversee budgeting and logistics from production conception to final delivery
- Manage project-related invoices, ensuring adherence to budgets.
- Occasional travel will be required for client meetings, shoots, and events, both locally and internationally.
Requirements
