Job Description

• SAW / BAWドライエッチング工程のプロセス条件、設備改善によるプロセス安定化、品質確保
• FDC、設備ログなど設備データを用いたプロセス／設備状態の監視手法の確立
• APC手法／システムの考案、開発、導入によるプロセス安定化、工程能力改善

Requirements

BAW / SAWフィルターや半導体デバイスにおいてプロセスインテグレーション、歩留改善の業務経験を有すること
