Securities Services - Client Solutions Manager - Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive client requirements gathering process and propose and influence target solutions for the client
• Ensure client requirements are understood and work with internal partners to design, document, and ensure appropriate sign off on solutions.
• Own and drive project activities including, but not limited to : Develop and manage project delivery plans; Facilitate negotiating of client legal agreements; Execute plans with robusternance and reporting; Actively mitigate and manage project risk by coordinating timely resolution of issues; Scope containment and change management; Manage and motivate virtual working teams across multiple locations and disciplines; Execute post implementation and production satisfaction reviews to continually improve practices
• Prioritize, track, and report on all projects in the pipeline effectively
• Enforcepliance with all controls and procedures and manage all projectmunication with internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to strategy for delivering excellent client implementation service
• Identify potential tactical and strategic improvements to implementation processes
• Drive internal team and department wide initiatives as agreed upon
• Work with Sales and RFP teams in pre-win phase to ensure on-boarding is effectively represented
• Champion the Implementation team in the Sales cycle; participate in pitches and lead Implementation dialogue with internal partners and clients across all product disciplines
• Represent the Implementation team at a range of senior forums
