The Global Talent Acquisition Department is mainly responsible for executive recruitment, overseas MBA recruitment, and engineering recruitment. Among these, you will be in charge of engineer campus hiring, which employs 100-200 hire annually.

As the competition to hire talented IT professionals becomes increasingly fierce, you will be required to have the attitude to identify issues on your own and solve problems by involving people inside and outside the company.
Engineer Entry-level Recruiting Group is responsible for engineer interns and full-time hiring both domestically and internationally. You will be assigned to one of our internal clients and handles day-to-day communication between hiring managers and candidates. Not just that, you will join multiple internal or external events, plan and execute events and small projects.

Work Environment
We have members with diverse backgrounds, ranging from Early 20s to 40s. We have non-Japanese members, and we communicate in both Japanese and English within the team.
In addition, many members concentrate on their own work during work hours and leave on time. (average overtime hours for full-time employees : about 20 hours). Within the team, there is a designated recruiter for each position, but we have established a team structure that allows us to easily complement each other. We also work closely with the team in charge of interview coordination, etc., and are united in our work. Many of our members take advantage of flexible working hours or take long vacations, making it easy to maintain a good work-life balance.
Mandatory Qualifications :
Experience in recruiting over 50 new graduate engineers annually
Desired Qualifications :
Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC score of 800 or higher)
