Key Account Manager - Graphic Solutions (Tokyo)
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our client's sales team in Tokyo. This role is crucial for maintaining and growing client relationships and exploring new market opportunities. Key Responsibilities :
- Guide clients through the sales process, from initial contact to finalizing deals, ensuring they are satisfied throughout.
- Use a solution-focused sales approach to find new applications and business opportunities.
- Gather and share information on customers, competitors, and market trends to improve our market understanding and service offerings.
- Contribute ideas and feedback in team meetings to improve sales strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams, including technical and support staff, both in Japan and internationally.
Qualifications :
5-10 years of experience in key account management, ideally in industries like automotive aftermarket, architecture, consumer electronics, signage, or safety.Proven success in selling high-quality, value-added thin films is a plus.Experience with ERP and CRM systems; knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is a bonus.Ability to travel within Japan up to 50% of the time, with occasional international travel.Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English for business purposes.5-10年の経験、自動車アフターマーケット、建築、コンシューマーエレクトロニクス、サイネージ、または安全関連業界での経験が理想的です。ERPおよびCRMシステムの経験;SAPおよびSalesforceの知識があれば尚可。50%程度、時折国際出張も可能な方。Microsoft Office(Excel、Word、PowerPoint)のスキル。
