JOB DESCRIPTION You will be part of our Operational Care Team to add your expertise + skills to the delivery of Operational Excellence.

Your Role

You will be responsible for working closely with internal stakeholders + vendors to arrange + approve value added services (VAS) for our customers.

Your Responsibilities

Documentation Management : Ensure accurate processing of documentation by

adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.

Customer Support : Collaborate with Cutomer Service and ensure customerspecific

needs are delivered.

Claims Handling : Manage claims effectively with carriers to ensure timely

resolution.

AFR Error Resolution : Handle AFR errors promptly and efficiently.

Carrier Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, facilitating

smooth communication.

Problem Solving : Address and resolve daily issues faced by carriers and

terminals / warehouses.

Productivity and Performance : Execute tasks with a high level of productivity

and performance, ensuring operational efficiency.

KPI Management : Ensure that operational KPIs are consistently met to drive

business success.

Your Skills and Experiences

Attention to Detail : Ability to carefully review documentation and processes to

ensure accuracy and compliance.

Effective Communication : Good communication skills to address queries and

build relationships with carriers and internal teams.

Problem-Solving Skills : Proficiency in identifying issues and implementing

effective solutions in a timely manner.

Organizational Skills : Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a

fast-paced environment.

Analytical Skills : Capability to analyze data and identify trends for continuous

improvement in operations.

Negotiation Skills : Ability to negotiate effectively with carriers and vendors to

resolve issues and improve terms.
